"Return policy seemed easy to follow"
I took a quick look at innovateistore.com’s return policy before placing my order, and it seemed about as clear as I’d hope for. I didn’t notice any confusing wording or anything that felt hidden, at least from what I could tell. It made me feel a bit more comfortable buying from them. Simple and straight to the point, which I appreciated.

I ordered from innovateistore.com and, at least in my case, the shipping ended up being faster than I was expecting. The tracking came through quickly, and the package actually arrived a couple days earlier than the estimate.
Everything was packed well and arrived without any problems. I know shipping speed can depend on where you live and what you order, but for me it made the experience a lot better. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again...

"Packaging was actually really good tbh"
Got my order from innovateistore.com and ngl, the packaging was better than I expected. The box was sturdy, no dents or anything, and everything inside was wrapped up properly. Item arrived safe, clean, and in good condition. Nothing crazy to add lol, just glad it showed up perfectly fine.

"Works fine, but I got a little lost"
The site works okay overall, but I’ll admit I was probably a bit impatient when using it. Some pages felt a little slow, and I had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed. Checkout was actually smooth though, so no real complaint there. It’s not bad, just feels like it could use a bit of cleanup to make things easier...

I checked out on innovateistore.com and it was alright overall, just not the smoothest experience. A couple pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to go back and double check my cart because it didn’t update right away. The payment did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue, it just felt a little clunky. Not terrible, but definitely could be easier.

I’d already checked a bunch of places and was getting annoyed because everyone seemed to be out of stock. Then ICS Shoes actually had the item available, my mood flipped right away.
Ordering was simple, the site was easy enough to get around, and I didn’t have to sit there signing up for restock alerts. I went from irritated to happy with the whole thing

"Better quality than I expected"
I got my order last week and I’m happy with it. The receipt and order emails came through right away, so that was easy to keep track of. The product itself feels solid, works like it should, and the quality is actually better than I expected. No issues so far.

I was a little unsure about paying on a site I hadn’t used before, but the checkout were fine. It sent me through the usual secure payment page, and I got the confirmation email quick.
No weird extra charges has shown up on my card so far, so that was a relief. I’d give it 5 stars if they had a bit more info about payment options before you get to checkout

"Great shoes and brilliant customer service"
I have very short but very wide feet, and finding comfortable sneakers is incredibly difficult. I was recently diagnosed with drop foot in my left foot, and wearing the flip flops I normally wear during the year outside of winter became dangerous. I needed to find some sneakers that would fit comfortably. I Googled extra wide women's shoes and found several places. None of them had the width I needed but in the correct shoe size, except for ICS Shoes. I wasn't sure what width and size I should get, so I called, and their customer service from the first moment was just exceptional. Delores really understood my needs and made recommendations for two shoes I should try. From that moment, the customer service has been amazing. I had some slight issues with fitting on the first shoe, so I called back, and Josie was the one who helped me this time. She was just as knowledgeable, just as helpful, and overall just incredibly friendly and amazing as Delores was. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for shoes for hard-to-fit feet, who have health issues, or just need great shoes with outstanding customer service. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would.
